Ingredients

  • 1½ cups (225g) frozen blueberries

  • 1 cup (240ml) pomegranate juice

  • ⅔ cup (190g) Greek yogurt

  • ½ cup (120ml) water

  • 1 banana

  • 1 tsp. honey

Method

  • Place all the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Divide the smoothie between 2 glasses and serve immediately.
