Vanilla and Berry Chia Pudding

A creamy, nutritious, and naturally sweetened pudding perfect for breakfast, dessert, or a snack. Liked by kids and adults alike!

You can use this as a base recipe and experiment with different toppings.

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp chia seeds

  • 250ml (1 cup) unsweetened milk (almond, oat, coconut, or dairy)

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • A pinch of sea salt (optional)

  • A handful of berries for serving

Method

  • Mix the chia seeds, milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup or honey (if using), and salt.

  • Pour into 2 small bowls or jars.

  • Stir well and let them sit for 5 minutes.

  • Stir again to prevent clumping.

  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours and then stir again.

  • Chill overnight or until thickened.

  • Add a sprinkle of berries and enjoy!

In the fridge: you can keep these covered in the fridge for up to 2 days before eating
