A healthy crumble topping you can use on top of any stewed fruit to make a tasty dessert.

Makes: enough crumble for 2 small or one large dessert

Ingredients
250 g oats
1 egg
1 banana
1 tsp honey
1 tsp vanilla essence
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C / 356°F.
Mix all the ingredients together by hand or in a mixer.
In an oven dish, spread the mixture evenly over your stewed fruit (fruit of your choice, stewed in the microwave or on the hob – ideas: summer berries or apple, raisin, and cinnamon).
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the topping is firm and turning golden brown.
Serve warm or cold.
This mixture can be frozen.
