Ingredients
100g oats
80g chopped medijool dates
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp desiccated coconut
2 tbsp cocoa powder
Method
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl using your hands or a spoon.
Roll into approximately 15 balls.
If the mixture feels too dry to mould easily, add water little by little
Chill in the fridge for 1 hour or set in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 1 month.
They can be enjoyed straight from the fridge or freezer.
