Bounty Balls

Remember the Bounty Chocolate Bar? These are a healthy and tasty alternative!

Serves: approx 15 balls

Ingredients

  • 100g oats

  • 80g chopped medijool dates

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Method

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl using your hands or a spoon.

  • Roll into approximately 15 balls.

  • If the mixture feels too dry to mould easily, add water little by little

  • Chill in the fridge for 1 hour or set in the freezer for 10 minutes.

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 1 month.

  • They can be enjoyed straight from the fridge or freezer.
