Ingredients
0.5 oz. (20g) parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
zest of 1 lemon
4 fl oz. (120ml) olive oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
¼ tsp. black pepper
¼ tsp. red pepper flakes
Method
Place the parsley, garlic and lemon zest into a food processor and pulse to chop. Now add the olive oil, lemon juice and season with the black pepper and red pepper flakes. Pulse again until well combined.
Pour the gremolata into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
Serve as a topping with the Farmers Breakfast recipe, and other similar dishes.
