Gremolata Sauce

A delicious and healthy sauce to add some zest to your breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz. (20g) parsley

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • zest of 1 lemon

  • 4 fl oz. (120ml) olive oil

  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice

  • ¼ tsp. black pepper

  • ¼ tsp. red pepper flakes

Method

  • Place the parsley, garlic and lemon zest into a food processor and pulse to chop. Now add the olive oil, lemon juice and season with the black pepper and red pepper flakes. Pulse again until well combined.

  • Pour the gremolata into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.

  • Serve as a topping with the Farmers Breakfast recipe, and other similar dishes.
