Ingredients
80g oats
50g dried cranberries
50g other mixed fruit such as apricots and dates, chopped
50g ground almonds
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp mixed spice
Zest of ½ an orange
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp orange juice (to bind)
Method
Blend or mix all ingredients together until sticky and well combined.
If mixing by hand, chop dried fruit finely first.
Add orange juice gradually, just enough to bind.
Roll into 12 balls, about walnut-sized.
Chill for 30 mins (fridge or 10 mins in freezer) to firm up. Overnight works best!
Storage:
Fridge: Up to 1 week in an airtight container
Freezer: Up to 1 month—enjoy straight from frozen or defrost for 10 mins
