Ingredients

  • 1 wholegrain flour tortillas

  • 2 tbsp. hummus

  • a few baby spinach leaves

  • 2 tbsp. red peppers, thinly sliced

  • 1 tbsp. shredded carrots

  • 2 tbsp. microgreens

Method

  • Spread the tortilla with hummus and top with the other ingredients.

  • Roll up the wrap and slice into 1” (2.5cm) rounds.

  • You could use avocado as an alternative or addition too.
