Ingredients
1 wholegrain flour tortillas
2 tbsp. hummus
a few baby spinach leaves
2 tbsp. red peppers, thinly sliced
1 tbsp. shredded carrots
2 tbsp. microgreens
Method
Spread the tortilla with hummus and top with the other ingredients.
Roll up the wrap and slice into 1” (2.5cm) rounds.
You could use avocado as an alternative or addition too.
