Ingredients
6 tbsp chia seeds
250ml (1 cup) unsweetened milk (almond, oat, coconut, or dairy)
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract
A pinch of sea salt (optional)
A handful of berries for serving
Method
Mix the chia seeds, milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup or honey (if using), and salt.
Pour into 2 small bowls or jars.
Stir well and let them sit for 5 minutes.
Stir again to prevent clumping.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours and then stir again.
Chill overnight or until thickened.
Add a sprinkle of berries and enjoy!
In the fridge: you can keep these covered in the fridge for up to 2 days before eating
