Ready to feel good this season?

Sometimes life runs away with us, doesn’t it? One season blends into the next, and before we know it, our good intentions have slipped down the list.

That’s why it can be helpful to pause and do a quick reset.

Nothing fancy. Just a few questions to help you feel better in your body, spirit, and soul — and to remind you that even small changes can make a big difference.

Here we go 👇

Let’s talk BODY

  • What’s one small habit that’ll help you feel good right now? (Think: walking more, drinking water, or stretching like your cat does every morning.)

  • What does your body need more of at the moment? Rest? Fresh air? Veggies that aren’t sad and soggy?

Let’s talk SOUL

  • What’s been draining you lately? (Be honest.)

  • What actually fills you up? Plan for more of that.

Let’s talk GOD

  • How’s your connection with Him at the moment?

  • What would it look like to invite God into your health journey right now?

Now, look ahead:

  • If you start one thing this month… what will Future You be super grateful for?

  • Pick a word or phrase for the season you’re in, something like “refresh,” “intentional,” or “take time to rest.”

I know that was a lot of questions.

But I would like you to pick one answer that stuck out at you.

* Write it on a sticky note.
* Stick it somewhere you’ll see it.
* Let that be your focus this month.

I would love to hear your takeaway from this, so do hit reply and let me know.

Here’s to living healthier in body, spirit, and soul!
